6. Child safety

EverySikh has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The platform prohibits all child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content, conduct, or communication that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors. This includes but is not limited to: uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM; soliciting or grooming minors; and any communication intended to facilitate real-world contact with a minor for exploitative purposes.

Violations of this policy result in immediate and permanent account termination. EverySikh reports all known or suspected CSAM to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and, where required by law, to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

What is never allowed:

  • Posting, sharing, or requesting any sexual content involving minors
  • Grooming behaviour — building inappropriate relationships with minors under the guise of mentorship or networking
  • Using the platform to arrange real-world contact with a minor for any exploitative purpose

To report child safety concerns, use the in-app report button on any profile or message and select "Child safety", or email [email protected]. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Accounts found in violation are permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

8. Intellectual property

The EverySikh name, logo, and all related branding are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission. The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
